Original Building
Originally the Tattersalls Hotel was located on the opposite corner to the current location.
The Rebuild
After being destroyed by fire in 1936 the Tattersalls Hotel Collarenebri was rebuilt at its current location in 1938.
Time goes by
A board is displayed in the bar showing the history of most of the Publicans from 1938 to 1981.
New Addition
Around 1985 due to a lack of Motel style accommodation in town and the upcoming bi-centary for the school, the then publican built a 12 Room Motel each with ensuites.
Tired old Gem
In 2022 Max Dunn purchased the Tattersalls Hotel after living in Collarenebri as a young man he wanted to put some new life into the now tired old building. The goal was to return this tired old gem back to the glory days, with the help of his sister (Phyllis) and her wife (Ronnie), the challenge began and whilst it continues to be a work in progress, we are pleased to say we are well on our way of achieving that goal.
Old World Charm
Over a year has gone by and the Tired old building has undergone a world of changes, bringing the 1938 Pub into the modern age, without loosing the old world charm.
